Old Business:
Membership Drive - Membership forms were sent home with all students in the elementary. Forms were made available to all students in the High School Office.
Program Update - The programs are completed and look GREAT!! Thank you to the NC SWAT members for all of your hard work. All of the time spent to complete
this project is greatly appreciated.
Fish Fry Dates - We have 2 more fish frys. They are 1/16/09 and 3/13/09. We could use all who are interested in helping. See Doug Cox for sign up sheet.
50/50 Tickets - Sign up sheet is available for any who are interested in selling tickets at the Girls and Boys H.S. Games.
Last Boy’s and Last Girl’s Varsity Basketball games - Team Signature Basketball Auction will be held during the Girl’s game on 2/5/09 and the Boy’s game on
2/20/09. Ric Dye has been contacted and will be called with a reminder by Joie Henry.
Corn Hole Board Set - Raffle will be held on 2-20-09 at the last boy’s home game
New Business:
EAGLEOPOLY game was discussed with an update by Karen Sheets.
Preplanning for the 5th and 6th grade Basketball tournament was discussed. It will be held on March 7, 2009. The date has been marked in the school calender
A Special Thank You to Ed Kidston and Kidston Family Companies for purchasing the #1 Booster Seats for the 2008-2009 season. Your continuing support of our Athletic program is greatly appreciated.
