North Central Athletic Boosters Meeting Minutes

Members present: Eric Smeltzer, Marcia Geiser, Doug Cox, Joie Henry
Secretary’s report was read by Eric Smeltzer. A motion was made to accept by Doug and seconded by Marcia.
Treasurer’s report was read by Marcia Geiser. A motion was made to accept by Doug and seconded by Joie.
Old Business: Fish fry on Friday the 12th. The last one will be April 30.
Mini basketball tournament on March 6th was discussed in detail. Plans are coming together nicely.
Web site updates were in progress.
Boosters are discussing building a new concession stand for outdoor athletics (baseball, softball, track). Randy Cochran will be contacted to see if he can build this.
New Business: We discussed new baseball and softball scoreboards. We are considering funding half if the school board would fund the other half. This will be discussed again after spring sport season.
The annual Golf outing is set for August 14, 2010.
The next meeting of the North Central Athletic Boosters will be Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 6:30 PM at the Pioneer Pizza Barn.
