North Central Athletic Boosters Meeting Minutes

Members present:  Eric Smeltzer, Kendra Smeltzer, Marcia Geiser, Brad Geiser, Joie Henry, Steve Bowling

Secretary’s report was read by Kendra Smeltzer.  A motion was made to accept by Joie and seconded by Steve.

Treasurer’s report was read by Marcia Geiser.  A motion was made to accept by Kendra and seconded by Steve.

Old Business:  Basketball tournament was a success!  A preliminary report was given on profits, with a few outstanding expenses still to come.  There were also a few suggestions made for rule changes for next year. 

Randy Cochran is working on an estimate for a new concession stand for outdoor sports.   At this point we are waiting to hear more from him.

The annual Golf outing is set for August 14, 2010.  More details will be discussed at future meetings.

New Business:  Our next big event will be the Spring Fling cookout.  A date was set for April 19, with backup dates as April 22 and April 29.  Plans are well underway.

We have decided this year we will not participate with a booth or event in Clearfork festival.

The next meeting of the North Central Athletic Boosters will be Monday, April 19, 2010, following the Spring Fling.
