The President shall convene regularly scheduled meetings, and shall preside or arrange for other members of the Board of Directors to preside at each meeting. The President will be required to attend a minimum of nine meetings annually and represent the boosters at all booster activities when needed. The President shall sign all written contracts or obligations of the North Central Athletic Boosters. The President shall refrain from regular meeting voting, unless the members present are locked in a tie vote, whereby the President must then cast the deciding vote.

The Vice-President shall officiate as President during any absence of the President, and assist the President with all duties. The Vice-President will be required to attend a minimum of nine meetings annually.

The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping records of all Booster meetings, including overseeing the taking of minutes at all meetings. All records shall be the property of the North Central Athletic Boosters and shall be open to inspection upon request of any member at all reasonable times. The Secretary shall conduct all correspondence of the Boosters, such as thank-you notes, certificates, school newsletter information, etc., and shall act as clerk of any committee upon request. The Secretary shall maintain an accurate account of membership, as well as supply the school with a list of all members to be posted in the sports program. The Secretary will be required to attend a minimum of nine meetings annually.

The Treasurer shall have the custody of all North Central Athletic Booster monies, shall disburse same as directed by the voting membership, and shall keep a record of all Booster accounts, such records being the property of the Boosters. The Treasurer shall make a report at each regular meeting, provide a yearly account of all transactions, and make financial information available to Board Members and the public at all reasonable times. The Treasurer will be responsible for filing any necessary documents with the Internal Revenue Service annually. The Treasurer will be required to attend a minimum of nine meetings annually.
